A helpful post, I just given this onto a co-worker who was doing a litlte analysis on this. And he in fact purchased me breakfast because I found it for him .. So let me rephrase that: Thanks for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for taking the time to talk about this, I feel strongly about it and love learning more on this topic. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is highly helpful for me. Big thumb up for this post!

It’s not a huge surprise, since his deencfe, from what was originally reported, and from the ruling, was definitely highly speculative and desperate. Still, I’m glad that they came to the right decision.I’m not happy with the precedent set by para 87 of the ruling, though. It makes no difference for extradition purposes, but ruling that whether or not a condom is used isn’t a sufficient difference in the s.76 nature of the act for deception on it to automatically prove a lack of consent (and therefore that issue is up to the jury under s.74) seems to me to be an unpleasantly conservative/patriarchal ruling.

BREAKING/RECENT NEWS

"UK Sends £5 Million to Listed Terrorists in Syria"
Infowars.com, Aug 11, 2012

Sorry to go a little off-topic, but as Tony Cartalucci clearly points out: "Little else could accentuate the hypocrisy and unhinged madness of US and British foreign policy more than Foreign Secretary William Hague announcing his government’s decision to fund genocidal sectarian extremists murdering under the flag of Al Qaeda in Syria."

What thinking person could object to that statement?

Assange playing devils advocate as Financial Powers is one the funniest things ever. Soo much so everyone in the room can barely keep a straight face. That shows the stupidity and hypocracy that we swallow everyday that "governs" us.
The classic case of Money makes Money will squeeze out everyone to poverty while the powerful few keep growing. At no point does such a system realy give back or trickle down. The only consession is how slowly does it squeeze out people. That is a enviroment/sytem that is most damaging.
The saddest thing even those 4 grew up in a society that was ingrained to serve the Monopolies. That none of them could identify and argue against that problem.
It’s not their fault as the very enviroment/system they were developed in made them that way.

Should I delete my Facebook account?

I would create a new one after that, and keep my personal life out of it as much as possible, but just have a presence if friends want to get in touch, invite me to events, etc.

Jacob Appelbaum, Jacob Appelbaum, Andy Müller-Maguhn and Jeremie Zimmermann — thank you for doing what you do.

Thank you for making this, episode 8 is illuminating. I wish there was a way to flood the government with like People of Walmart content instead of all our personal info and surfing habits.

The last words of Jacob are really powerful. This material is excellent for everybody, even for the still asleep people out there.
JA keep it up, we the people are behind you

Now ...brothers and sisters...take OUR freedom and leave me be....because the truth is that the less I become the more mankind can become.

As an INSTRUMENT of OUR Collective Unconscious Mind I know that it`s my place to evaporate into the background (like Tim Berners-Lee)..

.but let me leave you with an idea expressed first by Bernard of Chartres and so nicely put by Isaac Newton...."If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants".

(I dedicate this to the memory of Sayyid Qutb and Victoria Climbie and the misguided London Bombers....and many more victims of our refusal to stand upon the shoulders of giants..... in the stupid belief that we vain creatures really mattered more than the welfare of those around us.)

And lastly...but most crucially....give Rothschild and his empire of fraud and the deeply unfortunate Jews and their (pitifully precariously positioned) Israel a BREAK...

....and look around you at a western modern civilisation that owes so much to the persecuted Jews who WE have used as fall guys for centuries.

Would we be talking like this across a free Internet without them? I doubt it very much indeed.

Would it not be supremely ironic if in the pages of history the Jews do (eventually) prove to be Mankind`s Chosen Ones.... who lead us "meek" ones to a promised global land where we ALL inherit the Earth?
