the area is a very interesting place now, it is in the miossin and near the SOMA, i think around 16th st and Harrison (or thereabouts for those with google maps, probably in or near 94110 zip code)i am sure it was much rougher when Peregrine lived there and there has been a lot of development, but it it still a mix of artists, immigrants, gentrifiers and others. There are a handful of artists commune around there, and a friend of mine almost moved into Project Artaud, the price to purchase a unit does not change, but it cannot be easily sold. I think a unit might cost $20k (guestimate) whereas a one bedroom condo around there easily costs $500k, but the units basically come up for sale when someone passes away, and you have to be an artist and audition to be accepted. She must have grown up there in the 80s when the aids epidemic was raging in san francisco, i would say, fortunately i think the epidemic is doing better these days, though by no means solved.i thought her piece was nice and she did tell a good story about it, and of course because i was a little familiar with it, i liked it more, but i think they all could have done better work, but it is not an easy task either!

First thing don’t apply anymore for rgleuar credit card. You will be rejected and will affect your score more. You should start with a bank secured credit card. Easy way to approach your banker where you have checking /savings account and ask for secured credit card. They will issue credit card against savings account in the bank. Then start using the card and try to avoid any mistakes.Refer to article below for more details.

Loved the recap. Lots of good insights. Agree about what a terirfic satire Alan Ball has created with the vampire politics. My favorite moment was when Nan Flanagan (’we’re no threat to humans anymore, we drink synthetic blood’) was about to sink her fangs into a juicy femoral artery.Especially liked your point about how Tara’s experience in the support group reminds us how victimized Tara was and that Franklin is not deserving of our sympathies. As much as I love the character, I have to disagree about his demise I LOVED how the guy went out. I loved that Tara got a chance to tell Franklin off and stand up to him and show her rage, and I love that Jason (finally!) got his moment as a hero. He did something decisive and effective and got to put some of his Soldier of the Sun gear to really good use. I’m a fan of the books too, but I love that True Blood can pull surprise moments like this.

What the US / the UK and Canada are doing againsta Assange is ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL and FONDAMENTALLY WRONG.
How these country can promote DEMOCRATIE and act like this in the same time???

In my eyes these governments have entirely lost their credibility and legitimacy.
