Everything are falling in place now and guess who are scrambling F16’s to hide the UF0 from us?

Ramona - this has nothing to do with "style" and background. It is all about THE FACTS.
I doubt the that Mr Assange has dreams of being the new David Frost.
It is refreshing to hear the questions being asked and the answers being given - and all without the pre-prepaired bias.
Well done.

Does it matter that he was nervous? who wouldn’t be?
See the essence my friend!
Well done Julian! Cheers
As an ex senior editor of a news service in Poland for 8 years I know how hard it is to go from the print media to TV. But Julian has failed to live up to my expectations. Here are some of my thoughts:
1/Style of questioning: Julian needs to practice and become more confident - one can hear the uncertainity and nervousness in his voice and style. Of course, he is new to all this, so its early days, but perhaps he could spent time with top RT presenters to polish his style?
2/Background. The program, while I appreciate the program is made while he is under house arrest, the imagery/background is amateur and not professional - it looks like an chat between friends over the internet. The technology to make a clean/interesting background is easy - the Hizbullah leader had no problems ! Either you are making a chat show between friends or a world class TV show! To project something onto the background of Julian would make the program look more professional.
3/Choice of guest. I would have thought that something of CIPSA or Iran would have been more relevant, or maybe someone from North Korea? I certainly hope we will have people from Anonymous, OWS, pressure groups like the Electronic Frontier Foundation, etc as guests. A great guest could be Zlavoj Zizek, as he would help put Wikileaks in some kind of perspective.
Julian’s name and Wikileaks has great promise. The guys at RT need to put much more thinking into this program to make it work.
Maybe holding interviews are not Julian’s strong point - maybe he needs to hold shows like Max Kaiser. Or maybe, at least in the early days he needs a second perosn to do the interviews with him - and then Julian has more time to think of critical questions. What would the Max Kaiser show look like without his lady sidekick? The contrast gives the Kaiser show a dynamism, which Julian’s is missing.
Still its early days. Its good Julian has a voice, but there’s still a lof work to be done.
You’ve got a powerful combination RT & JA, now make it work!

Well done Julian, I am Australian and proud of you. I’m ashamed but not surprised of the Australian media for not mentioning anything about your show. Keep going and slowly the world will awaken from it’s slumber. Free Speech is a right not a privilege.Be careful and remember you have lots of people behind you.

Accountability must be exposed: by any means necessary, the western governments must be made accountable. For manipulation of facts. There a liability to their conduct, I also got arrested for expressing my concern, in Australia of all places.

WHAT’S WRONG WITH AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL?
Human rights activist, International Law scholar, and board member of Amnesty USA in the 1980s, Francis Boyle, has said that:
“Amnesty International is primarily motivated not by human rights but by publicity. Second comes money. Third comes getting more members. Fourth, internal turf battles. And then finally, human rights, genuine human rights concerns. To be sure, if you are dealing with a human rights situation in a country that is at odds with the United States or Britain, it gets an awful lot of attention, resources, man and womanpower, publicity, you name it, they can throw whatever they want at that. But if it’s dealing with violations of human rights by the United States, Britain, Israel, then it’s like pulling teeth to get them to really do something on the situation. They might, very reluctantly and after an enormous amount of internal fightings and battles and pressures, you name it. But you know, it’s not like the official enemies list.”
Give this, would not Francis Boyle be an idea guest of the World Tomorrow?
